2023 Homeschool Curriculum, Classes, and Co-ops Fair
Vendor Registration and Information
Thank you for your interest in the 2023 Homeschool Curriculum, Classes, and Co-ops Fair hosted by GCCHS Beta Club. This event is restricted to vendors with used curriculum, homeschool classes, and co-ops. The event will take place at Trinity Fellowship Church on June 10, 2023 from 9:00am to 12:30pm. Admission is free to the public and we encourage vendors to share the event information. We will offer advertising flyers that you can share with your social networks.
Now for the important vendor information:
- Each booth space is $15. Payment is due upon registration.
- Booth spaces are approximately 6' x 6'.
- If you have a lifetime's worth of curricula, you may need to purchase more than one space.
- You are responsible for bringing your own rectangular table or whatever you need for your space. No tables are provided by GCCHS or the church.
- If you would like your table next to another vendor, please indicate that below. We cannot guarantee placement, but we will try to accommodate.
- Vendors can set up at 8:30am. Doors open to the public at 9:00am. The church must be clean and empty by 1:30pm.
- You are in charge of handling your own purchases. GCCHS is not responsible for any transactions that take place at the event.
- No MLM, boutique, craft booths, bakery, etc.
- Please make sure the items at your table relate to home education in some way. This is NOT a garage sale. If you have a game, toy, kitchen accessory, etc. that can be used for learning, feel free to bring them and sell them. Do not bring your clothes, home decor, or baby items to sell.
- We only have 30 spaces available. GCCHS members are able to purchase booth space until May 1. On May 2, registration will open for non-members, classes, and co-ops. Registration will close when spaces are full or on June 2.
- Beta club members will be available to help you unload and load your items. Tip donations are appreciated!!
- The Beta Club will have refreshments for sale at the event.
