This sign up is for Vendor Registration and Information
Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Homeschool Used Curriculum, Classes, and Co-ops Fair hosted by GCCHS Beta Club. This event is restricted to vendors with used curriculum, homeschool classes, and co-ops.

When: June 6, 2026 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Where: Gloria Dei Lutheran Church
18220 Upper Bay Rd.
Houston, Tx 77058

 

Cost: There is a vendor fee (information located below).

Admission is free to the public and we encourage vendors to share the event information. We will offer advertising flyers you can share with your social networks.

 

Now for the important vendor information:

  1. Each booth space is $15. One booth per seller, no sharing please! Payment is due upon registration. If you plan to bring someone to help you with your booth, you only need ONE sign.
  2. Booth spaces are approximately 6' x 6'.
  3. If you have a lifetime's worth of curricula, you may need to purchase more than one space.
  4. The venue will provide: 1 rectangular table, and 2 chairs per booth. You will be responsible for bringing whatever else you need for your space, including extra tables and chairs.
  5. If you would like your table next to another vendor, please indicate that below. We cannot guarantee placement, but we will try to accommodate.
  6. Vendors can set up at 9:00am. Doors open to the public at 10:00am. The church must be clean and empty by 2:30pm.
  7. You are in charge of handling your own purchases. GCCHS is not responsible for any transactions that take place at the event.
  8. Please make sure the items at your table relate to home education in some way. This is NOT a garage sale. If you have a game, toy, kitchen accessory, etc. that can be used for learning, feel free to bring them and sell them. Do not bring your clothes, home decor, or baby items to sell.

***No MLM, boutique, craft booths, bakery, etc.**

- We only have 44 spaces available. Registration will close when spaces are full or on May 29, 2026,  whichever comes first. Your space is not guaranteed until payment has been received.

 

- Beta club members will be available to help you unload and load your items. Tip donations are appreciated!!

- The Beta Club will have refreshments for sale at the event.
