Thank you for your interest in the the YEF! Youth Entrepreneur Fair hosted by the GCCHS Beta Club.
- This event is open to all businesses run by youth ages 8-19 (grades 3rd to 12th).
- Admission is free to the public and we encourage vendors to share the event information.
- We will offer advertising flyers you can share with your social networks.
- Be sure to follow us on Instagram and the GCCHS Facebook Page.

WHEN DO I SIGN UP TO BE A VENDOR?:
- REGULAR GCCHS AND PUBLIC YOUTH ENTREPENUERS SIGN UP: September 15, 2025-March 5, 2026
VENDOR INFORMATION:
How much is the booth fee AND what does the fee include?
- Each business owner will be allowed one booth at the cost of $20. (This fee must be pre-paid, no refunds after March 5th)
- One booth per seller, no sharing please!
- Only one person per booth needs to sign up. If you plan to bring someone to help you with your booth they do not need to be signed up.
Included in the booth fee:
- The fee includes a 10' x 10' space, 6' table and two chairs--given on a first come, first served basis. (Businesses are responsible for decorations, displays, etc.)
- If you would like your table next to another vendor, please email, [email protected]. We cannot guarantee placement, but we will try to accommodate.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?:
YOU MUST:
- Sign up on the GCCHS calendar, AND
- Pay registration fees, AND

Sign the Liability Waiver:
(Liability Waiever: Read & sign. If you are not a GCCHS member, you may type "Not a member" in the question box regarding the primary member.

PAYMENT IS DUE UPON REGISTRATION.
We only have 44 spaces available. Registration will close when spaces are full and payments are recieved or on March 5, 2026, whichever comes first.
Your space is not guaranteed until full payment has been received.
BOOTH GUIDELINES AND OTHER ITEMS TO NOTE:
- No bakery or food items unless the business provides proof of an active Cottage License and Proper Insurance, etc.
- Every vendor is required to donate one item to the YEF Beta Raffle.
- This is NOT a garage sale. Do not bring your clothes, home decor, or baby items to sell.
- Products must be clearly labeled with ingredients and potential allergens
- All booths MUST have adult supervision at ALL times.
- You are in charge of handling your own purchases.

GCCHS is not responsible for any transactions that take place at this event.

Please display your accepted forms of payment at your booth.
- No electrical outlets provided.
- We cannot guarantee Wi-Fi service.
- Out of respect to others, we cannot allow loud music or videos.
- Businesses are responsible for their own set up.
- Beta club members will be available to help you unload and load your items. Tip donations to GCCHS Beta Club are appreciated!!
- The Beta Club will have refreshments for sale at the event.
WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY?
- Set up: 8:30 am - 9:45 am
- Fair: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Tear Down: 3:00 pm - 3:45 pm
- Vendors can set up at 8:30am. Doors open to the public at 10:00 AM. The church must be clean and empty by 3:45 PM.
