Tween Spooktacular Party!

For Homeschoolers Ages 9–13

 

What: 
Spooky music, fun games, snacks, and lots of Halloween fun!
Costumes are encouraged (but not required)!
 
Who Can Attend:
  • Local homeschoolers ages 9–13
  • Each homeschooler may bring 1 friend in the same age range.
  • Both participants must sign up and each have a paid ticket. See sign-up instructions below.
 
When:

Cost:
$10 per student
Everyone must have their own, paid ticket.
Sign up & Payment Deadline is October 23rd.
Signups have been extended through October 28th! No payments taken at the door!
 
 
Before Signing Up: PLEASE READ COSTUME AND SIGN UP INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY!
  1. Review our [Dress Code] and Costume Guidelines:
    • Please use good judgment when choosing costumes
    • No excessive cleavage or revealing outfits
    • Avoid costumes that expose too much when bending over
    • No dangerous props
    • If the costume has words like "sexy" or "naughty" in the description, it's not appropriate
 
2. Read and Sign the Liability Waiver: Liability Waiver
(If you're not a GCCHS member, you can write "Not a member" in the member question box regarding the primary
member.)

 

How to Sign Up:
  1. Choose your tween as Person 1 in the sign-up menu
  2. Click “Add Attendee” to include their friend (if applicable).
  3. Both participants must be signed up and have a paid ticket
  4. Agree to the dress code and liability waiver upon registering
 

Important Notes:

  • This is not a drop-off event – a parent or guardian must stay on the property for the duration of the event.
  • Food and games are for registered participants ages 9–13 only
  • If you need to cancel, please select “CANCEL” in your registration.

 

Space is limited! Buy your tickets and pay now to guarantee your spot. Sign up & Payment Deadline is October 23. Anyone not paid at the close of signups will be automatically removed from the list. No payments will be taken at the door. No refunds after the payment deadline.
